Apprenticeship opportunities for employers and learners.
Scottish Apprenticeship Week shines a spotlight on the impact apprenticeships have on individuals, employers and the wider Scottish economy. From developing skilled technicians to strengthening digital capability, apprenticeships help build a more resilient, future-ready workforce.
At Remit Training, we’re proud to support employers and apprentices across Scotland with industry-led programmes that deliver real results.
Four decades of shaping exceptional learning experiences.
Technical shortages across Scotland’s automotive and transport sectors are impacting productivity and growth. Apprenticeships provide a structured, sustainable way to develop skilled technicians trained to meet your exact operational standards and long-term workforce needs.
Reduce reliance on reactive recruitment by developing your own talent. Apprenticeships help you attract new entrants, support succession planning in critical roles and create clear progression pathways that strengthen retention and stability.
As vehicle technology evolves, from EV systems to advanced diagnostics, employers need up-to-date technical capability. Apprenticeships combine hands-on experience with nationally recognised SCQF qualifications to ensure your teams are prepared for what’s next.

Students also build employability skills through mock interviews, CV development and clear progression routes into apprenticeships, supported by leading automotive employers.
