Overview
A Heavy Vehicle (HV) technician services, inspects and repairs HV’s and works on all the systems found within the vehicle. The nature of the work ranges from replacing simple parts through to solving complex faults with the use of diagnostic methods and equipment. Day-to-day tasks faced by a technician are exciting and constantly changing, driven by the introduction of ever more complex technologies and diagnostic techniques.
It’s a rewarding, dynamic and in-demand career so if you enjoy getting hands on, this could be the apprenticeship you’ve been looking for.

Overview
A Scania Customer Advisor manages the communication between colleagues and customers and uses their excellent relationship skills and business knowledge to make sure the customer experience with Scania is flawless. The customer advisor apprenticeship role has a duration of 24 months with quarterly residential training sessions in the first 18 months, including modules from Scania’s associated commercial programmes. You’ll achieve a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship Standard and much more.
