We work in absolute unity with Remit, they’ve worked with us to really understand our culture, our DNA, what’s needed for our people, the Development Coaches talk in our language, they really understand Stonegate as a business and that’s a partnership.
For us in the NHS quality is really important and Ofsted Outstanding is important not many providers have that so I think that's a big USP. I also like how proactive Remit's approach is, how they have approached me to do things, its clear they are keen to understand our challenges in the NHS and offer solutions.
