The learner and their experience sit at the heart of Remit’s business.
We work hard to ensure that every Remit learner gets a high-quality programme and experience and have in place a number of support mechanisms to achieve this.
We support all applicants with accessing the right apprenticeship programme working with the employers. From accessing the latest vacancies using our new website and applicant system, we also support with CV development and interviews. Our vacancies can be found across the web using the latest channels and we have invested heavily in our digital and social media presence to reach young people in their own environment.
Supporting on the job
When an apprentice embarks on a programme with Remit, they are supported by our Development Coaches who visit and monitor apprentices throughout their programme.
Our learners all have access to our Fuse platform. Fuse is a place to visit and carry out online learning and track information regarding their programme.
Safeguard and Mental Health First Aid
The wellbeing of our learners is of utmost importance. All of our front-line colleagues are mental first aid trained and we have invested in implementing rigorous safeguarding training and procedures in all of our workforce to ensure we both protect and can detect safeguarding issues.
We offer some of the highest achievement rates in this sector and this is down to our investment in our learners, curriculum and supporting workforce.
