The Solution We Built Together

Mind partnered with Remit Training to deliver tailored apprenticeship programmes, including Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operational Manager pathways. Each learner receives one-to-one support from a dedicated Remit development coach, who builds a strong relationship with the learner to personalise the experience and adapt training to real-life challenges. For Nicola, this support focused on practical skills such as conflict management and assertiveness — key areas to boost her confidence and impact in her role.

The Outcome

The impact has been transformational. Learners like Nicola have developed the skills, knowledge and self-belief to run shops more effectively and support their regions with greater confidence.
