Remit are a fantastic fit to us within our vision and values, they are flexible to help us build the programme that’s really right for us... that’s been the strongest point for us that’s made this partnership really work.

For us in the NHS quality is really important and Ofsted Outstanding is important not many providers have that so I think that's a big USP. I also like how proactive Remit's approach is, how they have approached me to do things, its clear they are keen to understand our challenges in the NHS and offer solutions.

The team at Remit are well organised and are meticulous in arranging their meetings, with their learners and go out of their way to ensure that all learners are well supported. We also have a monthly meeting to discuss progress of learners and address any areas of concern, agreeing strategies to overcome any issues. This has led to an excellent working partnership. 

We have had a steady stream of successful learners through a range of programmes at Level 2 to Level 5 with Remit. Some learners have required additional support, which Remit have gone above and beyond in supporting.  There are regular review meetings where we discuss how we work together to find the best route to success for our learners as we genuinely feel that apprenticeships give our staff an opportunity to grow, learn and develop new skills and ways of working that ultimately support the outcomes for people we support. 

Apprenticeships represent a key investment for the future of Scania and the wider automotive industry. We are delighted to have been able to select Remit Training as our new training provider and look forward to welcoming the next generation of apprentices into our dealer network.
