Introduction. 

Supporting mental health in the workplace goes beyond awareness - it requires champions. This one-day course equips employees with the skills, confidence and knowledge to spot early signs of mental ill-health, support others, and actively promote a mentally healthy culture at work.

Whether taken as a standalone programme or progression from Mental Health Aware, this course trains learners to become MHFA Champions - visible, confident and proactive supporters of mental health across your organisation.
