A practical, interactive course that helps employees recognise cyber threats, build secure working habits, and protect workplace data from everyday risks.
In today’s digital world, every staff member plays a crucial role in safeguarding an organisation’s systems. Cyber threats are increasing in frequency and sophistication, often targeting individuals through email, messaging, and social engineering.
Even a single mistake can lead to data breaches, financial loss, or operational disruption. Cybersecurity training helps staff identify risks and develop habits that keep personal and company data safe, making employees a strong first line of defence.
Part 1: Cyber Threats & Social Engineering
This section explains why cybersecurity matters and outlines everyone’s role in protecting the organisation. It also covers common threats, social engineering tactics, and how breaches occur.
Part 2: Application Security & Malware

Part 3: Physical Security & Device Protection
This part focuses on securing the workplace through proper access controls and safeguarding devices. It also covers RFID badges, tailgating prevention and device-hardening measures.
Part 4: Passwords, Authentication & Access Controls

This course helps reduce the risk of data breaches, malware infections, and account compromise by improving employees’ ability to recognise and respond to threats. It directly tackles the biggest cybersecurity vulnerability (human error) by strengthening everyday awareness and decision-making.
It also reinforces compliance with security policies and data protection regulations, ensuring staff understand their responsibilities. By building a strong security-first culture, the course helps safeguard personal, customer, and organisational data from preventable cyber incidents.
