The Change Leader is a 2-day, Scotland-ready programme built to give your managers and senior leaders the tools they need to influence teams, manage stakeholder resistance, resolve conflict, and communicate effectively during change.
Split into a 1-day interactive in-person workshop and a half-day virtual classroom, this course is led by expert leadership coaches and tailored to the needs of both first-line and senior leaders. It is available as part of either our Leadership Launchpad (Level 3) or Executive Edge (Level 5) leadership journeys.
