This 3-year Vehicle Parts Operations apprenticeship is designed to develop confident, capable parts professionals who play a key role in business success. Delivered entirely in-house, it reduces downtime while giving learners the knowledge and practical experience to manage stock effectively, enhance customer service, and improve operational efficiency. Core skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are embedded throughout, ensuring your employees are equipped to add measurable value to your business.
The programme includes 12 mandatory units and optional units tailored to your business needs.

Delivery: 100% workplace-based, with trainer visits every 6–8 weeks
Funding: Fully funded for eligible learners (typically aged 16–19 in Scotland or 20+ in Wales)

In Scotland, apprenticeship funding is typically available for learners aged 16–19 through Skills Development Scotland. In wales funding as available for apprentices 20 years old and over. Mature candidates can still take part, with commercial or part-funded options available depending on eligibility.
Once you get in touch, our team will complete a short needs assessment to confirm the best programme fit. We’ll then start the recruitment or enrolment process, introducing you to your dedicated training consultant.
Training takes place on-site at your business, supported by regular 6–8 week trainer visits. This flexible model reduces downtime and ensures learning is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable to your operations.
Apprentices will complete a recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification in Vehicle Parts Operations - combining technical skills, knowledge, and core workplace competencies.
The apprenticeship typically lasts three years, though duration may vary depending on experience and progress.
