Anyone managing day-to-day retail operations - such as store managers, department leads or regional leaders with people and performance responsibility.
Blended learning including online group sessions, 1:1 coaching, on-the-job application and flexible self-study through our digital Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Learners need 6 hours of protected learning time per week, built into their working hours and aligned to your operational schedule.
Assign a workplace mentor, allow time for learning, and attend quarterly progress reviews to stay involved in their development.

It runs for around 18 months, including your final End Point Assessment where you’ll show what you’ve learned.
