Delivered through our Leadership Academy, this practical 12-month programme equips learners to handle project planning, performance management, stakeholder relationships and operational delivery. With a mix of live workshops, coaching and workplace projects, learners apply what they learn directly to the role – unlocking higher engagement, productivity and confidence in your leadership pipeline.

Ideal for new team leaders, supervisors, or aspiring managers responsible for people, tasks or projects - across any department.
Blended delivery: live virtual workshops, 1:1 coaching, interactive online learning, and real workplace application - designed to support your ways of working.
Apprentices need 6 hours per week of protected learning time, plus a workplace mentor to support day-to-day development and feedback.
Structured quarterly reviews, ongoing development plans, and consistent feedback loops ensure transparency and accountability at every step.
