The Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship is designed to give new and aspiring people managers the skills and confidence to manage individuals, lead teams, and deliver results. It’s perfect for supervisors, shift managers and team leads across all sectors.

Delivered through our Leadership Academy, this practical 12-month programme equips learners to handle project planning, performance management, stakeholder relationships and operational delivery. With a mix of live workshops, coaching and workplace projects, learners apply what they learn directly to the role – unlocking higher engagement, productivity and confidence in your leadership pipeline.
