Your apprentice will attend structured blocks of in-person training at our automotive academies. Each session is hands-on, practical, and uses cutting-edge manufacturer-grade diagnostic and repair equipment - keeping learning relevant and workshop-ready.
We provide detailed workplace task lists aligned to the curriculum so your mentors can confidently support skills transfer on the job. This helps ensure consistency, safety, and clear expectations at every stage.
Held every 8–12 weeks, our reviews bring together the trainer, employer and apprentice to reflect, assess, and plan next steps. It’s a structured way to track development, resolve any issues early, and align learning to business needs.
Our Learning Experience Platform offers a 24/7 digital journey that mirrors the apprentice’s monthly progression. Interactive, bite-sized content keeps learners engaged and reinforces in-academy lessons between training blocks.
We offer full Functional Skills support including diagnostics, English and Maths tuition, and tailored assessments. This ensures every apprentice meets the requirements and builds confidence in the workplace.
Your apprentice will be guided through formal checkpoints including Gateway readiness reviews, mock EPAs, and structured learning reflections - so they’re prepared, not panicked, when assessment time comes.
