The Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship builds the reliable, hands-on IT support professionals your business needs – whether responding to helpdesk queries or managing network performance.

This programme offers two tailored pathways: Support Technician (focusing on user support, system setup and troubleshooting), and Network Technician (focused on securing and maintaining physical and cloud-based networks). Learners develop essential skills in communication, documentation, testing, security, and system maintenance – all within a real work environment.

This Level 3 apprenticeship helps you build the skills to become a qualified IT technician. Whether you want to support users, work on networks, or troubleshoot technical issues, this is your path into the industry.

You’ll choose one of two pathways: Support Technician or Network Technician. You’ll learn how to install software, set up systems, manage security, solve technical issues and communicate clearly with users – all while working in a real job and getting paid.
