This programme offers two tailored pathways: Support Technician (focusing on user support, system setup and troubleshooting), and Network Technician (focused on securing and maintaining physical and cloud-based networks). Learners develop essential skills in communication, documentation, testing, security, and system maintenance – all within a real work environment.
