This Level 3 apprenticeship equips them with the core knowledge, skills and behaviours to motivate others, uphold standards and deliver consistently excellent service – all while keeping waste low, income high and customers coming back.
Delivered through Remit's award-winning Leadership Academy, this blended learning programme includes group masterclasses, one-to-ones, and a learning platform packed with digital resources. Supervisors are supported throughout by a dedicated Development Coach who ensures every lesson is applied in the workplace – driving real improvement across your business.

This Level 3 apprenticeship helps you grow high-potential team members into confident, capable supervisors. From motivating teams to managing service and solving problems, learners gain the tools, behaviours and mindset needed to lead within a fast-paced hospitality environment - while reflecting your values and business model.
12 months of training, followed by a 2-month End Point Assessment (EPA) period to showcase learning in action.
Blended delivery through virtual workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions, workplace-based learning and Remit’s digital learning platform.
A four-part final assessment: a knowledge test, a practical observation, a business project, and a professional discussion.
A minimum of 6 hours per week during work time - flexible and fully supported by our team to work around operational needs.
Each learner gets a dedicated Development Coach, access to learning resources and tools via our platform, and regular review meetings with the employer.
Yes. Our delivery model allows us to tailor learning, projects and coaching to your specific service model, tone, and business goals.
No. They just need to be in a suitable role with people or service responsibility. Functional skills in Maths and English are supported if required.

You’ll earn a nationally recognised qualification while learning how to motivate teams, improve service and make a real difference in your business.
The full programme lasts 14 months - 12 months of learning followed by 2 months to complete your End Point Assessment (EPA).
