The food and drink industry is one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic sectors. This Level 2 apprenticeship equips your technical operators with the core knowledge, practical skills, and behaviours needed to support consistent, high-quality production in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Working with your production systems, equipment, and SOPs, learners develop critical skills in food safety, hygiene, fault-finding, line operations and regulatory compliance. They’ll also be trained in interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement, making them valuable contributors to team output and product quality.
Delivered with flexibility to fit around shifts and operational demands, this programme supports your team with minimal disruption. It also provides the foundations for internal career progression – and a clear return on investment.
Developing knowledge and practical skills across operations, compliance and safety
