For us in the NHS quality is really important and Ofsted Outstanding is important not many providers have that so I think that's a big USP. I also like how proactive Remit's approach is, how they have approached me to do things, its clear they are keen to understand our challenges in the NHS and offer solutions.

Our long-established relationship with Remit has led to hundreds of students graduating with the skills needed to develop long careers within Park’s, with many of them promoted to senior roles within the business. Remit is an integral part of our business, and their professionalism, collaboration, and methodical approach is an exceptional fit for our business needs. We’re also very happy with their Motherwell training centre and their complementary recruitment that maximizes the efficiency of our apprenticeship pipeline.

It’s been about 9 years we’ve been in partnership for which has been an absolutely unbelievable journey. Not only has Janai successfully completed his apprenticeship but he also earned the prestigious recognition of being Highly Commended at the World Skills UK finals! Out of over 6,000 participants, Janai's achievement is truly outstanding and is proof of his dedication and talent. Janai is now set to transition from apprentice to a permanent member of the Castles UK IT team. Well done Janai - we're very proud!
