Remit Group has recently celebrated the results of its first cohort of Carpetright apprentices with nine achieving a distinction on the new Team Leader/Supervisor level 3 standard.

The group embarked upon the Carpetright Store Manager Academy programme in 2017, which involved Remit working with the client to provide a bespoke apprenticeship programme in line with company values. Remit tailored the Team Leader standard to the needs of Carpetright to design a fit for purpose management programme.

Remit partnered with BIIAB to support the apprenticeship programme delivery using their QADAP service and packs. This added value by quality assuring the tailored programme and assessment preparation.

The programme has had a huge impact on the individuals participating including Store Manager Dorian Cocker at the Derby store who recently shared his story on how the programme has been a life-changing experience.
