As a Hospitality Supervisor the apprentice will already have experience and knowledge of working in the industry and will hold a relevant level 2 qualification.
They will be providing vital support to the management teams within their organisation and will develop their skills to be able to lead a team as well as supervise and run shifts.
They will learn skills and techniques to motivate their team and may work under pressure at times but will always maintain excellent customer service skills and professionalism. They may specialise in a particular area but ultimately will be able to adapt and transfer their skills to support other areas of the business.
After completing this apprenticeship, the apprentice will be able to progress their career into leadership and managerial roles.
