At Remit, we take the health and wellbeing of our learners, colleagues and clients very seriously. As our Development Coaches, trainers and wider team move freely from company to company we understand the risk this poses with the potential spread of Covid-19. As a result, we have made the decision to reduce travel for our teams and conduct virtual visits through telephone and ‘tech-enabled’ visits and training sessions. In addition, we will be moving our office colleagues to home working to ensure they remain safe at this time however we will ensure our current learners and those applying to jobs will still have the same amount of support as they would if we were in the office.
During this difficult period, we remain committed to ensuring learning does not stop for any of our apprentices. At Remit, we pride ourselves on our technology, on-line learning platforms and reporting technology. This will ensure that we are well placed to work with our learners and ensure they continue to progress through their learning programmes. In addition, we can continue with planned enrolments via technology where appropriate to reduce the disruption to plans.
We also understand that apprenticeship strategies may be under review at this time and will ensure that we continue to offer the support of our apprenticeship experts to any employers requiring assistance.
