The Body Shop are serious about looking after our people and creating career and development opportunities for all levels of staff.  As an apprenticeship levy payer, we sought to partner with a training provider that shared these values, which is why working with Remit seemed to be the natural choice.

We’ve been working with Remit since 2017, and we offer retailer level 2, retail team leader level 3 and retail management level 4 qualifications. We find that these recognised qualifications are a great way to develop specialised skills, knowledge and behaviours within the retail sector, not just benefitting our staff, but our valued customers.

Since 2017 we have had 80 achievers with Remit with 74 learners currently on programme. As part of our commitment to apprenticeships, we are putting in place plans to start 60 new apprentices in 2020!

We find the key to our success has been the partnership we have with Remit. Our Account Manager Claire is always on the end of the phone should we need more information or a helping hand. Remit really integrated themselves into our business to understand our values and ethos, over the last 3 years, their people really have become our people!
