We don’t just hand over a name. All candidates are pre-screened for motivation, attitude, and communication — and only those who meet our standards are introduced to you. You still choose who joins your team.
If your apprentice is under 25, National Insurance relief applies, significantly reducing the cost. For levy payers, funding covers training and for organisations paying under £3 million in salary the government will fund up to 95% of training costs (up to 100% if the learner is under 21).
