In 2022 we celebrated 10 years of our apprenticeship program within Starbucks UK. During that time we’ve supported over 1,800 partners on their apprenticeship journey, providing the opportunity for our partners (employees) to progress from Barista to Bachelors! We’ve partnered with Remit to deliver our Level 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeship programmes, allowing partners who join the business as a Barista, develop through to management apprenticeships for our Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager opportunities.
